As the Guest Experience Lead you greet each guest, interact with them and create an inviting atmosphere in the dining room. Make sure the guest's experience is a great one and guide the guest to place their order at the kiosk.
-Greet and connect with the guests
-Greet guests immediately and enthusiastically; make eye contact, smile genuinely, and be friendly
-Invite the guests to place their order on the kiosk
Talk with the guests who are waiting for to go orders - offer assistance if appropriate
Provide a "touch-back" moment with the guests in the dining room to make sure
everything is OK and see if they need anything else
Open doors to let guests in or out of the restaurant
Deliver or carry a customer's tray to their table
Provide high chairs or other family assistance or activity materials
Pick up trays/trash when you notice guests are finished eating
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who can communicate with our guest.
