Responsibilities and Duties Overseeing operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant, you will develop and mentor your team-and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers-by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in a fast paced restaurant environment. Strong skills in customer satisfaction, performance management, financial analysis and clear communication. Proven track record of proper selection and development of personnel. Passionate about delivering high quality food in a clean, safe and professional environment. Desire to grow professionally to higher volume assignments and/or promotion to multi-unit manager Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Mobility (i.e.: bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying) All positions require long periods of standing without a break.
