The primary responsibility of the Financial Controller is to ensure a financially healthy status of the Company. The Financial Controller oversees the Bookkeeper , maintains the general ledger, reconciles all accounts, provides Partners with monthly financial statements, reviews and implements operating budgets, liability and health insurance, and maintains cash flow.
