Reporting to the Director of Nursing Education, the Clinical RN Educator will be an integral team member in this active department and will serve nursing staff hospital-wide. The Hospital RN Educator will use their expertise to lead staff orientation, clinical assessment, and professional development efforts for all nursing staff.
In this comprehensive role, the Hospital RN Educator will be a nursing leader, mentor, and consultant and should be knowledgeable on the latest evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate has previous educator experience and is certified in nursing professional development.
