A well respected acute care hospital in the California Central Valley is actively looking for a Nurse Manager LTAC Long Term Care. The LTAC Nurse Manager Long Term Care Unit will oversee the nursing operations of a 30 bed Long Term care unit.
The Long-Term Care Unit provides detailed 24-hour care and assistance for their patients and has a supportive team of LTAC Charge Nurses and staff RN’s. This unit has a collaborative multidisciplinary team of physicians, a pharmacist, PT, OT, and activity coordinators.
The unit is located in the Skilled Nursing Hospital and offers a relaxing, healing, and homey atmosphere for their patients. They offer large rooms, a visiting area, activity area, and beautiful courtyard for patients and visitors.
The Nurse Manager LTAC will have either Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility nursing experience and Nurse Leadership experience. The LTAC Nurse Manager oversee budget, will ensure staff is competent, and will guide the unit in line to meet goals set.
