The Construction Site Superintendent (CSS) is responsible for managing and performing the daily Task Orders of projects to ensure that the construction is in accordance with the established specifications, drawings and scope of work. The CSS role includes directed oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel and external personnel to ensure a quality project. The CSS reports directly to the QCM and PM of each Site. Sandow is based out of Landover, MD, and we are currently working on projects in the Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.
3 Years of experience as a site supervisor or superintendent on industrial, Government or commercial construction contracts. Provide proof of:
Must have at least one of the following training:
Must be able to obtain Government Issued NCIC III Badge
Experience with USACE is a helpful
