A healthcare company in the Philadelphia suburbs is growing out their Contact Center and looking for a Contact Center Engineer to focus on their newly implemented Cloud platform. They are looking for someone who has strong hands on experience working day in and day out in a cloud contact center, specifically Five9. You will be doing everything from scripting to troubleshooting within the Five9 application. You will be working very hands on and work with call flow issues, dialer for list management, and making changes to scripts. They need someone who can be the SME for Five9 within the Contact Center. You will be working directly under the Contact Center Director and will be assisting him in analyzing the environment and ensuring Five9 is being utilized properly. This is a great opportunity to get hands on with a new and hot telecom technology.
