Job Summary: This position will provide administrative support for the Contracts Administrative Office and reception area under the direct supervision of the Senior Contracts Administrator. This highly professional position deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as all levels of employees within the organization. Self-motivation is essential to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Compensation Range: $40,000 - $50,000 Annual DOE
After completing the company’s orientation period and Benefit required work hours attained; Interwest Construction Inc. pays 80% of employee Medical and 50% of family premium. Company pays 100% employee premium and 50% family premium for Dental and Vision. After 90 days of employment 401k Retirement eligible. Paid time off agreed upon at start of employment.
