General Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage divisional marketing, advertising and promotional efforts in compliance with corporate direction and approved budget; monitor, review and report on marketing plans and projects to management
Build brand awareness with realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies and other potential affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system
Manage new community/model set up
Oversee MLS activities
Conduct new hire sales office orientations; train new hires in Lasso
Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to increase market capture and placement for existing and new communities
Monitor and manage the division Sales Team's Lasso CRM performance
Intercept leads from websites such as Realtor.com and other syndicated sites
Track record of success in a similar position; strong knowledge of sales techniques
Experience with and understanding of processes of the production homebuilding industry
Project positive image of company in a professional manner with appropriate tact, habits, appearance, personal integrity, open-mindedness and willingness to learn and grow
Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varying audiences while projecting a positive image of the company
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and follow through ability
