Clean, and supervise the cleaning, of all homes assigned to your team each day
Customer service liaison between customer and company
Timely completion of performance and merit reviews on cleaning partners
Keep management informed of stock of necessary cleaning supplies
Check all keys against work order notes
Keep keys and work orders while in your possession, insuring no loss of keys and work orders
Motivation and management of cleaning team members
Read maps and locate customer homes
Update customer work order notes with appropriate and updated information (location of key, animal names, number of people living in home, beds to change, etc...)
Insure that periodic task is performed in customer's homes when work order indicates one is to be performed
Insure that team phone is answered during business hours or until return to the office whichever is latest
Notify office immediately regarding any problems entering home
Notify office immediately and leave a note for the client regarding any problems that arose while cleaning the home (i.e. broken item, loose faucet, etc)
Pick up all checks, cash and notes left by customer for BETTER LIFE MAIDS and bring to office.
Put name of client on notes and cash payments, along with the amount of the cash payment to insure proper posting and filing
Walk home at the completion of each cleaning job and complete Iphone cleaning checklist
Other tasks as assigned
1 year of full time experience as a team supervisor at a professional house cleaning service.
Other professional cleaning experience may be considered.
