The Site Leader provides strategic and tactical direction for the plant and related integrated supply chain activities
and assists in the development of the business strategy. Develop and execute strategies for increased customer
satisfaction, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, working capital management, and effectively introduce new
products/processes for growth. You will oversee and promote effective Health, Safety and Environmental programs
and practices, ensuring that high standards of site safety are established, met, and that facilities and grounds are
maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations. Develop and execute
the Annual Operating Plan. Direct responsibility for departmental spend and managing budget. Drive site to
achieve/surpass customer and financial commitments. Provide customer interface and support as required; using
customer feedback to improve quality and delivery while driving process and yield improvement.
Establish and implement standard manufacturing and materials practices
Lead organization through the HOS deployment process and maintain performance levels
Ensure client's satisfaction by achieving the required level of PPM
People management and LER management, Ensure Site is union free, Ensure PER (positive employee
relationship) & LER (Labour employee Relationship) surveys are done on periodic basis and there is complete
employee engagement. Coaching and mentoring of the key talent
Manage inventories to achieve working capital goals
Integrate key elements of Supply Chain to improve cycle time
Manage capacity/schedules to achieve On Time Delivery, growth and productivity goals.
Create a lean culture with engagement at all levels
Improve and develop organizational capabilities through effective performance management and
planning/utilization of human and capital resources.
Drive culture change, accountability and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization
You Must Have:
10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership role in an electronics production environment
Knowledge of International Quality Standards like ISO 9001
Certifications an advantage including Six Sigma, SMED,5-S,TPM
Strategic and tactical HSE experience
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs like 7 Step Problem solving, 8-D or RCA
Ability to lead and develop teams
Safety conscious and able to apply methodologies to improve processes
Built in Quality Concept
Strong computer skills with Database & Proficient with MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
