A QSR Customer Service Rep is the front line of the company to our customers, so exceptional customer service is critical.
Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and in uniform.
Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers.
Prepares food, waits on customers, and cleans work area according to established policies, procedures, and directions from the QSR Manager.
Enter all sales in the register at the time of sale.
Operate EPOS and other store equipment.
Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
Ensures proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed.
Restock shelving, displays, and coolers as needed.
Clean QSR, equipment, and stock as needed.
Pick up/empty trash and clean store as needed.
Prepare cashier checkout and report accurately and according to policy.
Must be safety/security conscious and report any accidents or incidents to the Manager as soon as possible.
Be knowledgeable about company policy and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be at least 16 years of age (18 in some locations). Must have reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail. Food handler card required.
Shift work is required. Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per day and lift up to 65 lbs. Being a fast learner and self-motivated are essential traits. Must be available for possible rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) and holidays.
