The City of Alliance anticipates an opening for the permanent part-time position of Administrative Assistant at the Alliance Fire Department. Must be proficient in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word and Outlook). Perform clerical work such as payroll logs, copying, sorting and routing mail, and filing. Perform bookkeeping duties such as recording payments received, billing. Process and track requisitions and purchase orders, including reconciliation of accounts and submission of invoices for payment. Physical and electronic filing of paperwork Three years' experience as secretary, clerk, bookkeeper or other related field in an office setting. Experienced in using computers and in dealing with the public. Must hold a valid State of Ohio Driver's License.
