We are seeking a Customer Service And Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by taking orders, both in person and by phone, providing product and service information and resolving order related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders, inquiries, and concerns (in person, via email, and phone)
• Provide information about jewelry inventory and related services offered.
• Package and ship outgoing orders and process incoming returns or exchanges
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving inventory and services
• Restocking inventory, filing customer invoices, and maintaining a clean showroom and work space

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to wear a mask while at work
