Duties: Managing U.S. Sales Division. Sales engineering, costing and management and defining process, timing and cost of new and complex products; design-to-order contract management and follow up with customers to resolve pending/inconsistent technical information; continuous improvement to create a common global technical understanding/sharing/management among regions including monitoring, development and improvement of sales tools according to sales needs (motor/generator tool. Sales manual); application, modification and sale of products; developing protocol, draft technical documentation and training cost estimation by studying blueprints, plans and customer documents; evaluating compliance with naval registers rules; and global coordination of activities with other company branches and support negotiations and communication with global customers decision makers.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or closely related position. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 2 years of experience with developing customized application, modification and sale of electrical rotating machines including industrial grade generators and electrical motors in industries including marine, oil & gas, industrial, cogeneration, and hydropower.
