Who Are We Looking For? Applicants must be motivated, self-starters who are more than capable of multitasking and completing detail oriented work, which could include completing any task within our location. Flexible schedules, as well as night and weekends are a must. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as we will train on site. Ideal candidates are willing to provide excellent counter service and prepare orders. Here is an example of each position:
ROLE - COOK
Wingstop cooks are tasked with preparing all of the Wingstop menu items perfectly, for each and every guest, each and every day. The back of house crew is responsible for delivering the taste experience that has made Wingstop a guest favorite. Preparing food includes: unloading boxes, temping, washing, slicing and trimming, pouring, mixing, frying, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment. The back of house crew will coordinate the cooking of all items so that they are prepared, hot and fresh, at the appropriate time. Timing is essential to get Seasoned Fries that are piping hot every time. All crew member must follow management's instructions throughout the shift.

ROLE - CASHIER
The cashier/navigator has direct guest contact. Greeting guests when they arrive, answering the phones, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders to the guest-all with a great attitude and a smile! The front of house crew are responsible for the dining room experience, including customer interaction throughout their time in the store, and in giving the correct quote times set up by their manager/shift leader on duty to our guests. This will ensure all items are hot and fresh; timing is essential to guarantee our Classic Wings, Boneless Wings, Crispy Tenders, Seasoned Fries, Loaded Fries, and Cajun Fried Corn are piping hot every time. All crew member must follow management's instructions throughout the shift.
