Job Requirements

• IL Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Must have at least 1 year of home health experience
• Patient assessment skills, medication management, wound care, IV competency – PICC, peripheral, etc.., lab draws, point of care testing – INR, foley catheter, suprapubic catheter, ostomy care, communication, patient and family education
