We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative in the Northwest Ohio area, to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative you will be responsible for:
Provides outstanding customer service to all ASG customers, partners, vendors, and employees. Answers and responds to calls in a timely manner, researches questions/issues, and communicates concerns and issues to appropriate ASG team members.
Anticipates customer needs and responds to and resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Builds and maintains strong relationships and ensures customer retention by providing ongoing and excellent customer service. Escalates unresolved problems and/or issues to manager immediately.
Acts as point of contact for all ASG sales representatives. Works with sales representatives and sales manager to implement and communicate sales promotional programs. May recommend promotional materials to attract new players.
Assists ASG retailers/customers in completing and tracking reimbursement requests. Reviews and monitors reimbursement reports on a monthly basis and contacts customers as needed. Researches and works with Accounting Firm to resolve reimbursement and/or related accounting issues in a timely manner.
Follows-up with ASG retailers/customers who are licensed but have not recently purchased product. Reviews and monitors sales reports and contacts retailers/customers, assists when possible, and communicates status to sales representatives
Understands the importance of accuracy and urgency when processing orders. Tracks and follows up to get serial numbers as required.
May assist ASG team members with clerical duties as needed.
Keeps abreast and recommends improvements of ASG processes and procedures. Has some familiarity or becomes familiar quickly with Instant Bingo Tickets, the Ohio Bingo licensing process (including the licensing application and renewal processes), State licensing application system (COIN), and ASG processes when dealing with ASG customers, vendors and partners.
Uses all available tools and resources to perform job duties, increase sales, and service customers. (i.e: website, voicemail, email, DropBox, product catalog, marketing collateral, calendar functions, etc.) Checks email and voicemail and responds on a regular, consistent, and timely basis.
Other related duties as assigned.
TRAVEL AND WORK SCHEDULE:
This position is located in Lancaster, Ohio and requires a regular work schedule with little to no overtime and/or travel. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential element of the job.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Required Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years' related work experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word/Excel/Outlook
Desired Education & Experience:
Some post-high school education
Previous experience in a customer service, administrative assistant, or clerical position
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have ability to sit for long periods of time and work in an office environment
