Balfour at Littleton in Littleton, Colorado seeks a compassionate, creative, engaging professional for Life Enrichment services in our Memory Care community. In this rewarding position, you will be a member of a team that plans, organizes and implements engagement activities for residents experiencing various level of Dementia. The successful candidate will support the Life Enrichment Director in the development, planning and implementation of a wide variety of stimulating and high quality programs that meet the intellectual, spiritual, emotional, physical and individual needs of a residents. We are seeking a mature and passionate professional to develop and implement new ways to engage and find meaning for those living with Dementia. You will be expected to learn and use programming philosophies that include Validation Therapy and Teepa Snow's Positive Approach techniques to offer high level programs for residents.
If selected, you will complete Balfour Senior Living's orientation virtually, then receive important training about how to keep our residents, and yourself, as healthy as possible. This includes things like hand washing and social distancing. You will also follow wellness protocols developed under guidance of health agencies before entering any of our buildings.
SCHEDULE: Full time - 4 10 hour shifts

Health & Wellness Protocols: Until further notice, interviews will take place virtually. Newly-hired associates will complete Balfour Senior Living's New Hire Orientation virtually, then receive important training about how to keep our residents, and themselves, as healthy as possible. This includes things like hand washing and social distancing. You will also follow wellness protocols developed under guidance of health agencies before entering any of our buildings.
