In this position you will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites in a specific region.
• Repair and/or perform maintenance on components and assemblies that make up our generators in accordance with procedures and build checklists in order to meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with engineers to fix, repair, and redesign components and assemblies
• Conduct mechanical inspections of deployed units, documenting condition information for use by our team for debugging or trouble-shooting
• Be "on-call" for unit service based upon written schedule: Units run 24/7 and MSE is responsible, with the Technician, for maximum availability and uptime
Shift start: 7:00AM
Shift length: 10 hours
4 x 10 hour days, or 5 x 8 hour days. May need to work weekends.
