This position is to provide comprehensive financial consulting to retirement plan participants and individual policy holders such as c-level executive, business owners and directors. This person will meet with qualified participants and work one on one with that participant in developing a financial assessment. They will enhance the company's relationship with this individual during the accumulation phase and well beyond, with financial needs that arise during the retirement years of the participant. The financial assessment will cover areas including Financial Goal Planning, Lifetime Income, Planning and Asset Allocation.
This role requires a CFP, Series 7 and 63, Life and Health licensing. It will require multi-state (6) travel and will be on the road 75% of the time. Retirement plan experience is a must as is high net worth financial planning experience. The role will pay a base compensation of $100,000 to $110,000 plus a 20% to 35% bonus, car allowance, expense account and an excellent benefits package that includes a Pension Plan
