Automotive Technician

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate with the Dispatcher and Service Advisor regarding all Repair Orders
• Complete repairs covered by warranty using manufacturer guidelines
• Performs work with efficiency while conforming with our excellent customer service driven standards
• Diagnose vehicle issues, perform factory scheduled and routine maintenance, complete NC State inspections. Perform repairs to vehicle systems including engine (diesel), transmission, and electrical system
• Operate specialized diagnostic equipment and tools

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to learn new technology and repair techniques
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
