Responsible to clean cookware and utensils that will meet Health Dept. Sanitation regulations.
Fast paced position requiring efficiency to produce proper sanitized items for the serving counter and cooking stations.
Accountable for proper placement of all pots, pans and related equipment and utensils.
Accountable to maintain and verigy temperature of final rinse water at pot sink.
Responsible to report equipment needs, detergent needs, and repair needs to management.
Safe working habits.
