The International Admissions Intern will have the opportunity to learn first-hand about the latest trends in e-learning and apply their skills to the everyday operations of the online TEFL/TESOL course management. Position: International Admissions Intern (Part-time)
Location: Denver, Colorado (with some work from home options and per COVID-19 regulations)
Reports to: Bridge Admissions Team
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8am-12pm)
Summary of Responsibilities:
Student/Alumni Communication: Monitors and reviews trainee progress in online course, sends course progress check-ins and detailed reports as needed.
Online Course Operations: Collaborates with International Admissions team to process course enrollments, start dates, support cases, customer review requests, and certificate orders.
Reporting and Analytics: Maintains accurate records and carries out various reporting tasks on student progress, course functionality, and customer reviews to track trends, suggest improved operational procedures and make any necessary changes.
General Student Support: Helps the International Admissions team with other tasks and projects as needed.
Current university student working towards a 4-year degree or recent graduates. English, foreign language, international studies, education, and communication majors encouraged to apply.
Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
Experience traveling, studying or teaching abroad and/or learning a new language.
Experience using Salesforce.com and a learning management system (like Moodle) is a plus.
