Client is providing IMS/VoIP integration Service for its End User customers for products related to the Client IMS/VOIP Integration professional services group. Integration services provide the resources needed to work on the IMS release 18.5 and 19 integration support activity. Work includes validating MOP (Method of Procedure) procedures, ATP (Acceptance Test Plan), etc. Service provider commits to provide the services with experience in validating IMS solutions with the following area:
IP multimedia subsystems
Domain name services.
Call flow analysis
Debugging solution issues.
Work with the customer within North America to perform on LAB testing, debugging network and solutions. Test plans to enable efficient integration procedures and end user customer acceptance and will include appropriate, the following:
To help customer in debugging daily operation & maintenance as per support model.
To support network availability and performance during launch period.
Support on tracking issues and testing solutions before releasing to customer.
Testing method of procedures for before releasing to customer labs.
Reviewing the procedures with the customers and updating as needed.
Helping customer operation team on daily issues, KPI tracking etc.
Support includes following products and solutions supplied by client:
CSCF for Proxy/interrogating and emergency functions.
