Job Description

Human Resources Assistant       NYC       $20.00hr

 Our client is a Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform for modern enterprises with 2000+ employees helping the world’s most valuable enterprises make their customers happier. Is looking for Human Resources Assistant that is detail oriented, has strong Excel skills and who has an interest working in a Talent Development Department.

Duties include:

  • Managing communications for all department onboarding programs (i.e. calendar invites, comms, and presentation development)
  • Project manage one or more new Onboarding initiatives
  • Act as liaison between Talent Development and key HR onboarding initiatives.
  • Oversee weekly day one new hire orientation
  • Assist program manager with running the new hire cultural onboarding program monthly
  • Collect monthly and quarterly foundational information, reports, and report key Onboarding metrics for the Talent Development team.
  • Collaborate with key partners to refine a final formatted report to become an overall dashboard.
  • Create communications to all levels in the organization.

  • Should have the ability to evaluate complex information.
  • Need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
