Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for an Administrative Sales Assistant in the Mulberry, FL area. 

Position Summary

The Administrative Sales Assistant will perform all clerical and communication aspects of customer service for new and existing customers. This person should possess a vibrant personality, eager to learn, and a commitment to the highest level of customer service. Primary role is to assist the sales staff in maintaining and building strong professional relationships with our customers. It is imperative that this person have excellent communication and telephone skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint software programs.

 

Essential Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the position and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Make contact by phone, mail or email potential and existing customers in a B2B environment. Must possess the ability to speak with individuals at all levels of the company.
  • Data entry of all communication activity pertaining to customer account.
  • Maintain records, reports and files
  • Organize large quote packages including basic engineering drawings, surveys and sketches.
  • Plan and organize daily workload
  • Team leader for CRM data entry (keeping current on CRM issues/concerns & follow-up)
  • Answering customer inquiries for product information.
  • Prepare reports for management as requested
  • Assist with mailers as required.
  • Mass emails to customers via CRM.
  • Type contracts for clients provided by Sales Associate, verify client receipt of contract.
  • Assist with follow up sales calls as directed.
  • Organize, create and maintain Vendor Product Files.
  • Maintain a current price book on all products.
  • Schedule sales appointments for Commercial Sales Rep.
  • Work with clients who visit our design center as needed.
  • Be available to work Saturday’s or Late evenings as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

Fill in for Receptionists area as needed, Design Center Sales Support, Overflow call support during high volume, Bill-of-Material (B.O.M.) entry & sales order maintenance as needed.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Good Interpersonal Skills, Intermediate skill proficiency with CRM Application Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe applications

Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Payrate $16-$20/hr  DOE
