Position Summary
The Administrative Sales Assistant will perform all clerical and communication aspects of customer service for new and existing customers. This person should possess a vibrant personality, eager to learn, and a commitment to the highest level of customer service. Primary role is to assist the sales staff in maintaining and building strong professional relationships with our customers. It is imperative that this person have excellent communication and telephone skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint software programs.

Additional Responsibilities:
Fill in for Receptionists area as needed, Design Center Sales Support, Overflow call support during high volume, Bill-of-Material (B.O.M.) entry & sales order maintenance as needed.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Good Interpersonal Skills, Intermediate skill proficiency with CRM Application Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe applications
Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Payrate $16-$20/hr DOE
