The Oscar and Ella Wilf Campus for Senior Living (Wilf Campus) is currently seeking a collaborative, keen individual to serve as the Human Resources Manager for the Wilf Campus and all its governing agencies. The Wilf Campus is a growing senior health care facility of about 170 employees and six (6) independent agencies that offers a wide range of programs and services within the community and residential options for older adults. Under the direction of the President of Wilf Campus and the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will work together with all levels of the organization to maximize overall organizational effectiveness and provide support on all issues related to human resources. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all employee engagement and retention, the complete employment life cycle, compensation, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and state and federal compliance of the campus.
