                  At Help At Home, our Nursing Teams focus on overseeing medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The main focus of this position is to provide complete client and employee satisfaction, while maintaining clinical compliance for their branch location.  The RN will be working closely with our clients and the direct support professionals that provide care to them to ensure the best possible health services in their community. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

                  • Implement, supervise and monitor clinical compliance for branch location
                  • Provide operational assistance and oversight in implementing new skilled programs
                  • Monitor clinical compliance through quarterly on-site audits
                  • Provide ongoing operational support to their branch for skilled services
                  • Create, implement, monitor and enforce clinical quality assurance policies and procedures
                  • Provide in-house clinical consulting
                  • Review and approve all clinical training for branch location
                  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager


                  Minimum Qualifications

                  • Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of services
                  • Must have a current Registered Nurse license
                  • Valid driver's license
                  • Must be available to be On-Call
                  • Ability to travel within the surrounding counties 2-3 days per week between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm.
                  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
                  • Good communication and organization skills
