Job Description


The candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of typical high-level activities from normal admin level support to executive-level interfaces in a fun exciting launch team environment.

This successful candidate will have these key responsibilities and proven track record:

• Ability to manage a complex & fluid calendar for the VP of Product, Microsoft Teams

• Work with Chief of Staff to drive Rhythm of the Business and key priorities

• Manage headcount, space coordination, end to end set up for new Full-Time Employees (FTE) and vendors

• Manage expense budget while coordinating planning & logistics of virtual team morale events

• Procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials

• Regularly manage membership to the Teams team and process all new access requests

• Regularly manage SG membership to provide inner ring access to select employees across the company


• 4-5+ years of professional and higher-level administrative experience plus an additional 1-2+years of EA experience supporting a manager at the GM level or Executive level in a professional and fast-paced organization(s)

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

1. Strong Outlook Calendaring Experience

2. Ability to multitask, make sense of random task requests, and be organized

3. Flexibility - Be flexible with what each day brings and be able to prioritize accordingly
