As the Cloud (Network) Administrator, you will plan, deploy, and maintain cloud and on prem technologies that enable business processes of Alamo Group operations across more than 50 locations in 7 countries. The Cloud Administrator takes an active part in acquisition related integration activities and Information Technology optimization efforts of existing unit businesses. The Cloud Administrator also provides expertise to resolve complex issues with hands on technical work across a range of technologies throughout Alamo Group's operations. The Cloud (Network) Administrator will Lead cloud adoption projects and projects related to on prem to cloud migrations across the organization Be an active part of acquisition related integration efforts Engage peers across the organization in technical dialog considering new ideas or technologies to the Alamo Group environment Lead efforts to adopt and maintain Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, F5, Hewlett Packard Enterprise services and technologies Responds to complex network incidents with escalations to others internal to the organization and to specialized third parties Proactively research new network technologies that will affect business policies, procedures, and practices and recommend appropriate areas of enhancement The ideal candidate should havebe Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain proficiency with rapidly evolving technologies Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 20162019, Azure, and Office 365 Experience with Microsoft cloud services including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Experience with network technologies related to F5 LTM, Cisco Meraki wireless and security appliances, Cisco ASA X series firewalls, Hewitt Packard Aruba hardware Awareness of cyber security compliance frameworks such as the 20 Critical Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and COBIT Demonstrated ability to exhibit and model Alamo Group's Core Competencies Learning Desire to acquire additional skills to enhance personal growth aptitude to absorb, master and retain new knowledge and the ability to explain and teach acquired skills to others People Relations Willingness and ability to cooperate, work and communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and outside contacts.
