The Detail Specialist is an important support person for all service and sales operations. You also play a critical role in the new vehicle pre-delivery process by making sure every vehicle is delivered clean and in top condition.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Assist in the pre-delivery service.
Conduct paint finish repair and reconditioning when necessary.
Support the service and sales department operations with clean and finely detailed vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service when necessary.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Dealership’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, lenders and vendors.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a professional manner; must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles; and must be insurable by Company insurance carrier. Working extended hours, evenings and weekends may be required to achieve goals.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or the equivalent.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated leadership qualities and managerial skills.
Proven development skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Organization and follow-up skills.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Conduct one self and dress properly in a manner that brings credibility to the dealership.
