Our busy, growing sales outsourcing agency is looking for an organized, energetic and reliable professional to join our amazing team. This is a critical support staff position that will provide a variety of consultative customer service and sales effectiveness techniques to market program initiatives on behalf of our client, a Fortune 100 business, and one of the most respected financial services companies in the world.
Like many organizations, we are going through a period of business disruption, as we all stay home to help in the fight against COVID-19. We are using this time to improve our internal tools and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our client's value to small and medium-sized business accounts to ensure brand awareness in a designated territory. You should be comfortable and efficient in territory management, hitting assigned metrics, documentation and reporting, accountability, along with having a strong attention to detail.
Must own a reliable automobile, have a valid driver's license, and possess auto insurance with limits that can be increased to meet our company standards
8 hours in the field visiting up to 35 businesses a day, while speaking to and influencing up to 20 decision-makers a day
Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
Sit and stand for long periods of time
Exit a vehicle up to 35 times a day
Walk up to 10 miles per day
Carry up to 50 lbs
Organized with a high attention to detail
Ability to work between 8am to 5pm
Ability to meet weekly and monthly metric goals
Be able to educate merchants on our client's brand value
Strong professional and interpersonal communications skills
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
Proficient in using company-issued iPhones, iPads, and CRM systems to manage and document daily activities
2+ years of B2B field experience is a plus
