Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception and greeting guests.
- Answering multi-line telephone, screening, and directing phone calls, answering customer inquiries and taking messages as needed - direct phone calls and distributing correspondence as needed
- Perform general clerical and hospitality duties and errands in support of the office.
- e.g., filing, photocopying, FedEx, UPS, USPS, overnight packages, certified mail, distributing mail.
