The Beverage Person is responsible for prepping, stocking, working, and closing down the Beverage Station. They must follow all protocols and procedures set forth in the training guidelines ensuring our food and drinks are served to specification and in a clean and sanitary fashion.
General Duties May Include:
Making Shakes, slushies, and pouring fountain sodas for servers and take out
Making salads for service
Prepping and stocking the Station
Completing Closing Checklists
Cleaning and organizing the kitchen
