Customer Service - Installation Coordinator [THD]

Fast Water Heater Company is the leading installer of hot water heaters and related services in Washington, Oregon and California. We are a fast-growing company that is dedicated to our core values of Professionalism, Uncompromising Integrity, Caring, Innovation and Enjoyment.
Our leads come to us from a major home improvement company along the West Coast. These call-in customers don't need to be convinced that they need our service, they are already motivated to buy. Your job is to explain technical information clearly, sell the benefits of high-quality service done by professionals, and close the deal with a date and time for service. [This position is paid Hourly + Commission.] First year salary expectations are typically between $40 to $50K. Second year Reps typically making $60K + per year. We have NO CAP on salary you can earn per year. Work hard, get paid!

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals with strong attention to detail. Our mid-sized team has many Installation Coordinators that have been here for more than 5 years.
We believe in career growth and rewarding pay for performance through our commission plan and growing earning potential over time. The Call Center is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Schedules are based on seniority. We are hiring for persons who can work shifts on both Saturday and Sunday + 3 weekdays.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy helping others.
Must possess high character and integrity.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment.
Must be computer savvy and familiar with Windows, Outlook and Excel.
Must be flexible with work schedule - working both Saturday and Sundays are a must - schedules are based on seniority/job performance.
Must be able to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data.
Must be team-oriented.
Excellent attendance is mandatory.
Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
