STARTING PAY OF $14/HOUR
The Contact Center Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact for the customer base. This representative will utilize multiple applications and resources to determine customer requirements, and resolution.
This person will be handling inbound calls from both the US and Canada. Receiving calls from customers, technicians, and other branches. They will navigate through 4-5 screens on dual monitors to provide ticket numbers, dispatch information and customer information.
Must be able to document each call, be able to document while on the phone with the customer and after they hang up the call they continue to document information from the call.
Must have attention to detail with calls coming from different time zones and dispatching the techs.
Candidates must be open to all shifts, especially between 7 AM - 10:30 PM CDT Monday-Sunday. Weekends and Holidays are required work days.
Wage will be $14/hr, including benefits.
