Opportunity: We are in search of a full-time automotive warranty administrator who possesses the unique combination of superior customer service and automotive knowledge.
Location: Westminster, CO
Answer incoming phone calls
Accurately fill out claim information in database
Effectively communicate program coverage to consumers, repair facilities, and clients' field representatives
Answer questions about program coverage
Take accurate notes within claims to document any updates
Process claim paperwork and make calls to follow up on missing information and to pay claims
Assist consumers in finding participating facilities
Understanding of automotive components, diagnostic information, and tires
Background in the automotive industry - this could be previous employment as a parts person, technician, service advisor, or automotive warranty administrator
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient computer skills (i.e. typing and navigating several computer programs while speaking on the phone)
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication
Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired, but not required
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm and some Saturdays
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
