Job Description:
· Customer-facing front desk position responsible for answering multi-line phones
· Confirm customer purchase orders
· Generate and distribute customers invoices
· Determine best method of shipment, negotiate freight, and prepares shipping documents
· Answers customer inquiries concerning invoices, payments, shipping, documentation, or other requests
· Process and post customers payments
· Monitor receivables aging report and resolves any payment discrepancies, disputes, and collection issues
· Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve questions, inquiries, issues, and discrepancies
· Open new customer accounts, including contacting trade references and credit checks
· File and maintain customer and vendor files and records
· Reconcile invoices with packing slips and post invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment
· Work with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial postings
· Provides support to our managers and employees
· Calculate, process, and submit sales commissions
· Processes approved employee expense reports
· Generate applicable reports on a timely basis
· Sorting and distribution of daily mail, and general clerical duties
· Inventory and order office supplies
· Cleaning and maintenance of the office appearance
· Handling sensitive and confidential information with honesty and integrity
· Comply with company guidelines and procedures
· Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

· Strong knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel)
· High School or equivalent certificate required.
· College classes preferred, but not required. A degreed candidate is not a requirement.
