Job Profile Summary CAI is seeking a Data Warehouse ArchitectModeler to work within the Technology Organization of our Client. The role will be focused on working with Business and Analysts to Translate Business Requirements into Data Model Requirements. Duties Responsibilities Understand the data elements and their domains understand relationships among those elements and inter-dependencies between models. Use acquired knowledge and develop Logical Data Models, Physical Data Models, and Data Element Dictionaries Maintain the data models for changes according to ongoing projects Perform impact analysis of changes to existing models Determine practicality and technical fit of the new changes coming in and propose models and review and get changes approved Ensure data model fits the overall ETL strategy in place in organization Qualifications Minimum 12 to 15 years of years of experience Bachelors degree or higher required Expert knowledge on various Data modeling techniques OLTP (normalized data standards across the enterprise.), ODS, EDW (Dimensional, Snowflake) Hands-on experience with physical and relational data modeling experience with Erwin Experience with SQL Server database Working knowledge in the creation of data infrastructure - such as views, stored procedures, ETL usage, data integration Prior experience on working on enterprise level models involving multiple areas in organization Deep understanding of data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, functional and system analysis Prior experience with financial services industry and knowledge of industry standard data model Knowledge of Customer model, Core banking (Deposits, Loans) , Collateral data models is a plus Strong communication and Presentation skills required Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor If you are interested in this position, please apply using the "Apply " option.
