Our team on the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth is growing and we are looking to add a team member in the role of Cafe Supervisor.

This is a full time position paying $11.50 - $15.50 per hour depending on your experience. This position is eligible for benefits after waiting period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

-Provides oversight of food service staff in the absence of Food and Beverage Manager
-Establishes priorities for food service staff during their shift.
-Trains food service staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards
-Opening and/or closing the cafe
-Creating and ensuring superior guest experiences

Requirements

-2 years of Supervisory experience in food service
-Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
-Good decision making skills.
-Extremely strong leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, basic math skills, strong organization skills, ability to multi task, team builder, proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility.
-Computer based skills: Windows and Microsoft Office based management reporting. Point of Sale System, Internet/Intranet, and Outlook e-mail.
