Description and Requirements
Kelly Services is seeking a 2nd shift Talent Advisor / Staff Coordinator (12PM/1PM start time) to be the front-line support for employees to ensure excellence in delivery. As a Talent Advisor, you will manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
The Ideal candidate for this position will have HR attributes with strong management and/or staffing experience with the ability to multi-task to assist in leading cross-functional teams and processes in a warehouse/lab environment. He/She will have Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to be flexible in shift schedules with the ability to be able to work in a 2nd or 3rd shift capacity while successfully supporting a temporary workforce in recruiting, onboarding, training and development while executing a motivational atmosphere ensuring the contingent workforce is abreast of any/all changes within the facility and introduction to new programs. Safety, Osha and Workman-s Compensation related knowledge is a plus.

How you'll support your team...
Execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication
Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates
As Talent issues arise, make sure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner
Based on feedback and engagement scores, drive for and execute process improvements as directed
Maintain balancing operational efficiency and delivering the highest quality services to meet the customer needs
Drive compliance to customer required processes
Pay: From $16.00 per hour +
High school diploma required; Bachelor-s degree in business or related area of study preferred
1 year of management experienced and/or staffing experience required.
Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have a strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment is essential
Human Resources, Management, Operations, and/or Staffing experience
