Our customer service group is an incoming call center. For the most part, our dealer/installer customers know what they want to order when they call in. But it's also providing technical product support and addressing customer complaints and problems. Approximately half of our sales are retail web sales on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, mendards.com and our own retail websites. The CSR will also learn the dot com side of our business and working with retail customers who don't have as much knowledge as our traditional dealer customers Incoming call center. Customers for the most part know what they want. Mainly order entry via fax, phone, webiste. It will be phone or fax mostly. Customers are requesting additional parts when calling on a existing order, typically they are repeat customers. Handling any customer complaints that come in, problem resolution. Assisting with the return process. RMA return. Intiating not taking them through the whole process. You will be required to answer question about parts. Automotive parts is very beneifiial. In their non-busy season, they take 70-75 calls. During busy season (March-September) they will take 100-125 calls per day. Sitting at a desk and on phones all day. Must be comfortable with this.
