Responsibilities 1-3 yearsrsquo experience in supporting an IT Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project process especially in ERP project implementation. Work with project and program managers in assisting, creating and maintaining project planning documents (i.e. project schedule, work plans, change controls, reports, etc.) Conceptually understand topics and determine next steps to ensure proper follow up. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, timelines and to effectively prioritize execute tasks. Coordinate and optimize meeting times and topics based on invited resources and availability. Attend meetings and capture meeting minutes including action items and parking lot items. Leverage the project specific task tracking tool to follow up proactively on scheduled activities. Asana and MS OneNote experience is highly desirable.
