SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the supervision of the hourly Housekeeping Staff to ensure the cleanliness of the property.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree required and a minimum of two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises Housekeeping Supervisors, Coordinators and hourly Housekeeping Staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
