As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's C&IB Business Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland or Columbus, OH .
This candidate should have line of business experience as well as a technical background related to gathering requirements and designing technology solutions with the various MIS teams. Their ability to derive and document requirements from the line of business coupled with their ability to communicate those requirements to their technology counterparts to assist in defining potential technology solutions is key.
The candidate will engage in Demand Management activities associated with vetting, estimating, and prioritizing project requests from the line of business.
Previous document imaging experience is a plus.

Workflow Analysis - Knowledge of and ability to manage IT work activities, processes and progress within a system to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
