Aerotek is currently hiring for full time Customer Care Representatives in Cedar Rapids, IA! These are Monday through Friday roles with 8 hours shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This is a long term role with paid training and opportunities for benefits.
**Candidates will be starting from home and going through training virtually. Candidates will transition back on site once deemed safe to do so but nothing has been finalized on the return date.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Up to 1-year experience with call center or customer service experience/training.
* Fundamental computer knowledge and Basic understanding of Microsoft office suite, specifically Word and Excel.
