General Manager/Manager on Duty (M.O.D.)
Hours
NON-EXEMPT Full-Time or Part-time, including early mornings, nights, Hunt, and holidays
Position Summary:
- Primary responsibility is to deliver orders to each in the designated delivery area in a safe, courteous and timely manner
- Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards
- Drivers will also work in the store when not deliveries are scheduled
Work Environment:
- Hands-On Store setting
- Non-Smoking
- Work area includes food, stoves, wilkwood, slippery floors, and possible extreme heat
- Non-Company provided vehicle
Experience

Technical Skills/Training/Certification:
- Ability to read company materials (e.g., recipes, charts, training materials, etc.)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly
- Ability to use basic math (i.e. addition, subtraction, basic fractions and precentages) in order to provide our with correct change
- Successfully completed East Bay Deli training Program
- Must be 20 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
- Possess, maintain, and be able to show proof of valid automobile insurance at all times
- Possessa clean, smoke-free, reliable automobile
Physical Requirements:
- Employee is occasionally required to kneel, crouch, crawl, Bend, stoop, and reach to receive inventory, stock inventory, serve viewers and clean store
- Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs., frequently lift and/or move 25lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Regularly required to standand walk on a hard surface for up to 12 hours a day
- Quickly identify safety placards and hazardous situations to avoid or minimize injuries
- Identifyfood quality through taste, texture, color, and odor
Essential Job Functions:

- Take Telephone orders and enter delivery orders into the POS system in a courteous and timely manner
- Collect money from customer, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, Beverage station, restrooms, and parking lot
- Prioritisation all bottled drinks are rotated and stocked
- Refill ice bins at the beginning and throughout your scheduled shift
- Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with company dress code
- Listen to and resolve and complaints regarding products or services
- Have regular those of new products or services and price changes
- Display a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
