Graphic Designer 

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid portfolio containing a range of skills. They will be responsible for the creation of print and digital design that supports an array of direct response marketing efforts across our organization. 

Projects include and are not limited to landing pages, digital advertising, social media design, print collateral, packaging design, email marketing, infographics, and storyboards for motion graphics. The graphic designer will also be responsible for driving out production across various deliverable sets and ensuring that they are appropriately prepared for developers and vendors. 

The ideal candidate should have a clean, communicative aesthetic that easily elevates our pre-defined but evolving brand standards. It is crucial that they are enthusiastic collaborators that strive to work well alongside other marketing team members.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a wide array of original and production design across both print and web
• Execute quarterly promotional campaign assets including but not limited to email marketing, landing page heroes, direct mailers, social media, and blog graphics
• Help conceptualize major marketing campaigns for print, web, and TV via the creation of design and research artifacts including but not limited to diagrams, presentations, mood boards and storyboards
• Assist in developing a new and improved customer-facing web experience
• Assist in producing a new and improved packaging experience
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and that all digital projects utilize components developed as part of our growing digital library
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative, proofing and production process
• Help organize, edit, and grow our digital asset collection including but not limited to our XD Design System, photos, composites, videos, iconography, and illustrations

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working on an agency or in-house marketing or branding team
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• General knowledge and awareness of web and mobile best practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Portfolio website or Behance + 1-2 letters of reference

Bonus Skill Sets:

• Experience working within complex digital design systems 
• Experience working on a diverse marketing team
• Advertising or marketing campaign development
• Interest in healthcare, eldercare, and/or social impact design
