ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (RECORDING DEPARTMENT)
Amazon is hiring for a new Administrative Assistant (Recording Department)! This is a very IMMEDIATE and URGENT opening that will start AS SOON AS THIS WEEK!
Prior office or administrative support experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and strong computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
This position will work to support with ordering payoffs and is essentially a processor role - title experience is NOT necessary, but prior experience in financial services is always helpful.
Email and administrative support for mortgage files (payoffs, title change requests, tax certifications, etc).
Ensure that all documents associated with each transaction are on record with the necessary county in a timely manner.
Work throughout the transaction to ensure that fees are calculated accurately, all recording forms are present/fully completed, and all documents are received and executed correctly.
Working closely with vendors.
